The invoice for your order is sent as an attachment in the e-mail confirming shipment.

  • What should I do if my package is damaged?

You must refuse to take delivery of a damaged package, specifying on the bill of lading why you are refusing it.

If you do not indicate any anomaly, we cannot take missing products into account (if necessary) or provide reimbursement.
